This year, the Las Vegas Romance Writer’s Conference in a Day will cover all aspects of your novel, from inspiration to publication!
We’ll cover such things as finding your inspiration, research, coming up with a killer opening, fixing the saggy middle, creating a memorable “black moment” and publishing options for your masterpiece once it’s finished.
This event is open to the public, so save the date and plan to be there! Everyone is welcome 🙂
The cost is $25 for LVRW members, and $30 for non-members. It’s an all day workshop and will include lunch as well as snacks, coffee and tea throughout the day.
When her physics teacher gave her detention for reading a romance novel during class, Elizabeth Spaur knew she was destined to be romance writer. Her journey from physics class to published author has gone from coast to coast and led her through multiple industries, including film and television, banking, and the law. Every step along the way has enriched her life and helped her tell stories that always come with a happily ever after and, usually, a side of snark. Elizabeth writes contemporary, historical and paranormal romance. She lives with the love of her life and two pairs of cats and dogs, all of whom are named after television crime fighters. She enjoys hearing from her readers at firstname.lastname@example.org
Angela has lived in Las Vegas for more than twenty years. She’s a former litigation attorney who woke up one day and realized there had to be more to life than the inside of her office. She left her practice and is much happier writing stories filled with humor, a touch of suspense, and all the feels. Angela writes contemporary romances, including Reading the Signs and Fool Me Once. You can find out more about Angela on her website.
Maybe he hails from the American Midwest. With Wolf you can never tell. So far he has called 23 dwellings around the world home, giving his writing a cosmopolitan flair. His varied interests led to jobs in totally unrelated fields. Psychologists may diagnose him with ADHD, AADD, ADAD, or some other newfangled name, but really, he probably just cannot make up his mind. Makes for interesting reading, though. Wolf currently lives in a quiet, boring little town nobody has ever heard of, Love Vegas.
